We did a routine audit of our records, and discovered that every time you have called technical support it was because of a problem on our end. In spite of your clear explanation of each problem, our first level support agents condescendingly asked you to reboot your modem and computer, wasting everyone’s time. Even though you researched the modem light pattern prior to calling, we still asked you to perform fruitless tasks that you clearly stated you already did. In many cases, you told us what needed to be done to resolve the problem if only we had listened.
We have made a note in your file indicating that you know what you are doing and will be immediately bumped to a more competent support agent who will speak your language and have the power to resolve your problem quickly.
